Transferring from other .CA registrars - Internic.ca

I have a couple of questin\ons re: transfers of .CA domains.

Is this functional at OpenSRS? any ETA yet ?
What is the procedure to transfer a domain from Internic.ca to OpenSRS ? Other
registrars ? vice-versa ?
Can this be done ?
How much does it cost ?
Is/ (Will be)   the price determined by OpenSRS or by the former registrar ?
