Hello Jo,
If there is no money, nothing beyond a C&D letter is really doable,
since anything beyond the C&D is going to cost you a substantive
amount of money.
You will most likely find that without a subpoena they won't give you
anything more than what is listed in whois, same with the ISP. That
will cost money as well.
I'd have to say that without money, there isn't much in the way of
legal action that this organization can even think about pursuing.
I'd suggest rethinking the course of action.
