I have to agree.
We had to write a very convoluted tyransfer statement for our new brand
which bundles registration and hosting:

Its not really straightforward for end users, and they don't understand it
anyway.
Basically we are having to penalise those who purchased names through
OpenSRS resellers which makes no sense at all.
