The cost I was mentioning is on our side. As long as we use the SRS API the 
transfer is a click away for our support staff, if a fax needs to be sent 
we can try to explain why our customer will have to do it, but we'll most 
certainly get support calls and we'll often have to do it on behalf of a 
customer (fax bouncing).

Moving a domain from one RSP to another would be so simple for SRS... is 
there a feature wishlist and/or bug database somewhere?
