Another RSP transfer question

The fax for RSP-to-RSP transfer should name the current RSP

What if the customer doesn't know the domain's current RSP (but the list
of possibilities is short)?

How much trouble would be caused by a fax that says "the current RSP is
one of . . . " and lists four RSP's?
