Tyson,

The problem is that you made the mistake of offering it for sale or trade to
them.

You should set up a web site protesting what happen, using this domain name,
giving all the details about them taking your membership fee just prior to
filing bankruptcy, etc.

Then wait for them to make you an offer to get the site offline.

You might be able to win the argument in court, but do you wish to spend
that kind of money.

As others have told you, you would probably lose in arbitration.

Also if you have the domain registered under OpenSRS, you probably should
move it to another registrar if the 60 days is up. If you have register the
domain name less than 60 days ago, you would not be able to move it to
another registrar until the 60 days are up.

I would suggest enom.com, who is also in the Seattle area. Then if you
decide to go the court route, any court battles would be in the city where
you live or the city of the Registrar, both of which would be Seattle.

Yes, I found out after purchasing this domain, there are many Franchises
for Gold's Gym in the Seattle Area, All with different owners. Who could
say they have more right to it than any of the other owners here? Granted
they own a Gold's Gym Franchise and I do not. However I am protesting the
GoldsGym franchise that took my money in the Seattle area, so therefore I
have just as much right as they do under freespeech. The only difference is
that they could eventually profit from owning it.
