You have an affiliate, let's call him iname. He placed your search
form on his website:

Just change to this the second line of that form:
<INPUT type=hidden name=affiliate_id value=iname>
and you will be able to trace how many domains were registered from
your affiliate's website and then you can pay pay him commission.
