No conspiracy Bill, the reality is that it's next to impossible to prove
where the data came from originally. Our policy is to proactively minimize
an entity's capability to mine the whois.

We have four clients that have purchased a Bulk Whois license from us.
Domaincow is not one of them.

Opt-out is not a practical solution. We are currently working towards
tabling a resolution with ICANN that would instead require opt-in.
