It depends what you want to use them for.
For most purposes I use my own name servers but I didn't want to run a web
and e-mail forwarding service so I bought into http://www.zoneedit.com/
which works out at $3 per domain.
I use that service for people who buy web and e-mail forwarding with their
domains.
Another one is http://www.worldwidedns.net/home.asp but they don't offer the
web and e-mail forwarding and are much the same price.
