The same information will show up IF the nameserver is "Registered" with
the registry - each Registrar has the ability to 'add' a nameserver in
this fashion, but affecting IPs is typically beyond us.  I find it a
useless requirement that causes more frustration than it makes - but such
is the rules of VRSN Registry.
