Hi Folks,
Does anyone know how long it takes OpenSRS to modify the IP access list
for full-access RSPs? I called very early yesterday morning and they said to
email and that they could have it done in a few hours. I sent in an email
request very shortly after that and still havent gotten a response. Is there
a support backup or did I use the wrong procedure? This is obviously a
pretty important request (not to say that others are non-important).
