opensrs and how to automate billing and where

Hello,             since I am brand new here, I have to ask question that all of you (I asume) answer many times.   We just fax all papers to OpenSRS and few days will will get some kind of respond of them. Also we have install script's on server, but we still need password user name and some more data so we can test it. Anyway after all this will be done I want to automate billing proces for all orders that will be taken.   I know that is posible, but where to go, where to ask, and how much that will cost? How much time will take to install it, any other special terms.   Also is it posible to do any of this, couse we are from Croatia (Europ) and we can't have merchant account or any of that.
