OT: CORE/Joker.com

I need to make changes for a client's domain registered with Joker.com.  Do
I need to create host handles with CORE for my name servers before they can
be used within their registry?

Is this going to be necessary for every damned registrar a hosting customer
decides to use?  I'm going to end up having to keep track of hundres of
passwords and registrar specific handles if that's the way each registrar
handles things.
