Transfers are initiated by the current TAG holder, so it's pushed - not
pulled like gTLD transfers.
If the tag is changed, they CAN get the domain inserted into your management
interface (you have to have signed a .uk contract to be enabled) - and the
charge is free. The only charges come when the domain comes up for renewal
:)
