Quite frankly, by the time OpenSRS sends out the Automated 1 day
DEACTIVATION notice, the registrant has already received at least three
emails from the RSP and will have renewed the domain if they intended to
renew it.

The RSP has had plenty of time to send out notices saying what ever they
wish to say by this time, in whatever language they wish to say it.

So it does not matter what OpenSRS says on the final notice.

We have been sending out Final 5 days deactivation warning notices. Not one
has responded with a renewal. If the domain name is not renewed when it is
initially placed on deactivation, it is highly unlikely that it will be
renewed 39 days later when OpenSRS sends out a final Final Notice.

I don't care what OpenSRS says on the final notice if it results in a
renewal. And if it doesn't, which is more likely, it doesn't matter what
they said.

Hello
I'll get into the conversation reminding OpenSRS that it is not any longer
an "english only" service. I understand you are very happy about having a
worldwide business and this requires a worldwide attitude.
Templates, scripts... most of the services are personalisible, except SRS
email messages that go direct to the client, in form of transfers, renews,
deactivation, etc.
I can understand that on some specific areas you want to "control" what RSPs
are saying to the clients... but we all know it would be very easy to let
RSPs completely personalize ALL system messages and then add a header or
footer in "english only" with what ever you want to say.
Think that now anyway... some of the people you are sending this emails to
DO NOT understand them... and I think this is no better for you or the RSP.
