.ru, .de, .co.jp?

Hello,

Does there exist American registrars that can register .ru, .de and .co.jp
domain names? Preferably a registrar with a website in English, that
accepts American credit cards.

I'm trying to register in those TLDs, but I'm having trouble both with (1)
understanding the foreign websites, and (2) how to pay them.
