Hello lp,
iBill isn't really suited to this type of service.
What you can do is have the scripts set to queue orders for
processing.
Then they register the domain name first, then you send them to the
ibill page to pay for it. You get the confirmation of the payment
from iBill, and then you login to the reseller control panel and
process the order from the queue.
There is no secure way to automate that.
I highly recommend finding a better payment service, but I don't know
of the options available to you in your country.
