we are trying to transfer a domain
away from register.com to opensrs for a client.
the transfer request was again denied by register.com after three days.
is there a way to abort the current transfer attempt and to start a new one ? why is
the domain not showing in the reseller interface ?

the public registration/transfer interface says:
Registration Error
The error which occurred was:
The domain VISIONOCITY.COM is not currently transferrable: Transfer in progress.
