The .vc code was actually included in v2.31, back in late January.  It was
quite simple - since the rules for .vc are EXACTLY the same as the current
gTLDs, you can just add .vc to the following line in OpenSRS.conf:

OPENSRS_TLDS_REGEX => "(\.com|\.net|\.org|\.vc)",

I haven't actually TESTED this, but I'm quite sure this will work in
virtually all versions of the client code past 2.2, as we tried very hard
to ensure that .vc did not affect our order logic.

Diffs in our CVS tree show this as the ONLY .vc-centric change in the
client code :)
