And seeing as the changes must be requested by the tag holder (ie OpenSRS)
and no-one else, it would not be possible.

Unfortunately this cannot be done - replies from the UK Automaton (verifying
changes, registrations, etc) go to the "updated by" address.  If we put the
Reseller's email address, the OpenSRS system would never know if any
change/registration/etc ever occured properly.
