Okay..   Another round of expired domain talk.   There's a domain that is with NetSol that expired Oct-1999.   http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/payments/check shows them still owing the $70 fee.    Have we come to any conclusion regarding NetSol releasing names this far beyond expiration?   Is there any authority that can officially request the domain to be dropped from the registry?   Thanks   -mike
