Moving Nameserver and domain from NSI

How can I transfer my domain (currently registered at NSI) which has my
nameservers attached for that domain and a large number of others (some
still at NSI and some at OpenSRS)? I want to do this with total safety and
no downtime obviously. Is there and easy way?

[I'm relatively new with OpenSRS and am proud to have missed out on an
entire wardrobe of NSI T-shirts. (An Armani suit made possible by the
savings is much nicer.) Thanks to Tucows for this great service.]
