Hi.
I've seen many a threads on discuss-list of the new gltds, but can anyone
explain what the current mechanisms and "how-to's" for pre-registrations on
OpenSRS are please? (I've noticed there's debate about refunding clients,
should their pre-registered domains not be available, but most ISP's I've
seen, at least UK based have a reduced pre-registration cost and no refund
policy anyway! Or am I missing something?) How are most RSP's handling this?
