Jim is correct about the nameservers. To add additional information. The
test environment connects to VeriSign's OT&E - Operational Test &
Evaluation. This OT&E environment has a limited set of "recognized"
nameservers, so you can only use a handful.
As for "Previous Domain" field, you can use this to extract data from a
previously registered domain (or you can use the actual Order #) to
prepopulate the fields on a new order.
