Say you've got the following scenario: An ISP/web host/developer registers a domain name with registrar 'X'. He lists _himself_ as admin, tech & billing contact. Now the real domain owner wishes to do a domain transfer to OpenSRS (actually, he mostly needs to get the domain out of the control of the other individual). Since, as I understand it, the gaining registrar is obligated to attain an authorization from the domain registrant, could OpenSRS be pursuaded to OK the transfer and wrest the domain from the unscrupulous party trying to hold on to it? I realize the above is a situation OpenSRS probably wants to avoid like the plague, but moving registars has solved more than a few similar situations. Thanks, Jim
