I'm very concerned by the content of the last Live Reseller Update
(June 1) we got.
It says that OpenSRS will put $20 "on hold" for each domain we want
to preregister in the Sunrise or Landrush periods.
*When* exactly will this money be placed on hold? At the time we use
the pre-reg tool to add it to pending orders (or whatever you will
call this) or the time we actually submit this order (f.i. when the
Landrush period starts). I first understood it to be put on hold when
"collecting" the domains, I really hope I misunderstood you.
If the money is to be put on hold when the actual application on July
26 or so starts, how long will it be "on hold" until it is clear that
the application either won or failed?
