I got now one of these as well, right after posting to the list 
today. Those folks are on your list and sending out this spam to any 
email they get from the list. This is not by accident, they forge the 
From: header and insert an empty return-path so you can't block it.
Pease throw them off the list ASAP! (and bill them the work time to 
do this).
