Here's NetSol's latest twist. I received this in response to a transfer 
request today. I assume this is what all the controversy is about. (The 
names have been changed to protect the innocent...)

its entirety and paste it into the subject line of your return email

If you wish to change the registrar, copy the following line in its 
entirety and paste it into the subject line of your return email

                [NIC-999999.9e99]:xxxxxx.COM:TRANSFER=YES
         
If you don't respond within 3 calendar days in the manner described 
above, the request to Change Registrar will be denied.
