Well, I had to approve one of these nasty bits a week ago already and it
worked. I'm sure it is only an accident that this happened to you. You know
NSI is probably processing several tenthousand requests a day, even with a
failure margin under 0,01% you will get some errors per day. F.i. they are
sending out double "modifications have been completed" messages quite
often.
