Greetings All, As usual, I have a couple questions :) The "Exhibit A" files (and in .biz case, a "B" file as well), seem to focus on Sunrise and IP Claim areas - but not on the Landrush phase... Do we, or will we receive, an agreement specific to these phases to which we need to bind our clients? If so, then the sooner we receive this, the better. I know that signing the contract enables us to resell in all of the phases, but I'm thinking more about what our clients see now. We'd like to start accepting orders for landrush now - yet don't really have anything to show the clients relevant to that phase (aside from general information). Now onto my other question... which concerns the rebate scheme. I was curious as to how the .info and .biz orders factor into the rebate scheme. I had heard initially that they count towards the 250 required to qualify for the monthly rebate - but I suspect that this is hard to implement. If they DO qualify - for what month do they count? Do you count them as soon as they'r ordered (in which case, some might fail and have to be refunded), do you count them if/when they are approved (in which case, they will all count toward the final month), or do you retrospectively count them in the month they were ordered, but not until they are approved (which may require some special re-calculations on your part)? Also, assuming they qualify - it still applies on a per-year basis? So .info domain now counts as order for 5 years? Look forward to your response. Regards, Kirk Fletcher
