.info update: No money required for Sunrise Registrations

Hello,

I thought that as of June 9 all .info sunrise registrations would be
allowed to proceed without the "money going on hold" in reseller accounts
and that any money currently on hold would be released? Has that been
implemented yet? If not when can we expect it to happen?
