For article in local newspaper i need some additional
information about applying for real (not internet)
merchant account in US to be able to receive payments
with Visa cards via Internet and phone.
The questions are:
1. Restrictions to apply (US residence, US citizens only)
2. Cost of software required, and estimated cost of
complete process.
3. Fees for processing cards and chargeback fees.
4. Responsibility of seller for any dupes, frauds, etc.
5. Responsibility of customer for any frauds, etc.
6. Any good/bad comments.
If someone had experience with this, please reply me offlist.
Any comments/URLs about process highly appreciated.
