We just recently turned on end-user renewal notification having previously
handled it ourselves. But I just noticed something that I'm unclear
about...

We just got the RSP renewal notice (as usual) stating that domains
registered to two of our clients will expire in exactly 30 days. So I
popped over to the RWI to insure that the end-user notices went out as
well. They did -- but they went out both yesterday and the day before,
for both domains.

I thought they only went out on the threshold dates (i.e., 60, 30 and 1
day before expiration) not daily until expiration. Am I wrong about
this? Because, if I had the wrong idea, we're going to have to turn off
end-user notification and go back to doing it ourselves -- there is no way
we are going to e-mail our clients every day as they are going to take it
as spam, as would I.

Also, any chance of being able to (optionally) CC: those messages to an
address we specify? I would like to be able to CC: them to an address we
setup just for the renewal notices. It would just take in the incoming
message and add it to a compressed archive that we could later look
through in case there are any questions about if, when, etc. the notices
went out.
