Sometimes the domain's whois output is not correctly parsed by our system,
in which case an administrator has to manually put the email address for
authorization in - and until there's an email address, there won't be a
link.

Anywho, by the time I got this message it would appear as though this was
already cared for (either by an OpenSRS list reader, or the admins
themselves).  Can you verify?
