It's election time again in Canada. Once in a while we get to prove to our
neighbors to the south that we can run a vote and have it finished up in the
same year that it started ;)
I'm actually talking about the CIRA Board Elections. CIRA, the good people
that brought you .CA have opened up their board to elected members that the
general public get to nominate and vote for. Hopefully with some good board
members we can make some good changes.
Anyone with a .ca name can vote for the candidate of their choice.
Anyways, Tucows has endorsed a slate of candidates (some of which I
personally support) which you'll be hearing about later this week.
In the meantime Mark Jeftovic, a great guy and OpenSRS Reseller, is running
for a board seat. He's got my one vote and I'd recommend that anyone else on
this list that's thinking about voting check out his platform @
