So is there anything preventing a single reseller from submitting, say, a 
million applications for sex.info? Or are we going to have a meltdown?

Also, just to be sure I understand, Afilias will still be holding 
drawings every week (or so), right? So assuming sex.info is awarded in 
the first drawing, there's no point in applying for it one week later, 
because it will have been taken. So I assume you guys are going to try to 
keep your queues in sync with the Afilias queues so you submit one 
application (at random) each time Afilias is going to process a round?
