Previously, if we attempted to transfer a domain that had been registered
for less than 60 days, the transfer would fail and we would be notified
of it by e-mail.
Yesterday someone attempted to transfer a domain to us from Dotster that
had been registered only about 30 days. The transfer failed, as you would
expect, but we were not notified of it by e-mail as we used to be. (It's
been 18 hours since it was marked canceled in the RWI, according to the
domain notes, so I don't think the message is just delayed unless the
system has been changed to send them only once a day or something.)
I know this used to work, so I'm concerned that it was somehow broken in
the recent transfer messaging upgrades. I am still getting the usual
array of "Transfer timed out waiting for owner approval" messages, and I
have double-checked that all RSP messaging for transfers is "on" for my
account.
If it helps OpenSRS investigate, the order number in question was 3454559.
