I don't usually deal with the day to day operations stuff, but since I'm
on the mailing list, I was asked to pass along this question.

Our staff used to receive notices whenever the losing registrar denied a
transfer.  They say they have stopped receiving these notices.

Looking at the RWI, transfer management, RSP messaging, I see the
following *new* options:

Receive email messages when a Domain Admin Contact either accepts or
rejects a transfer to you? [No]

Receive email messages when a transfer times out after 7 days? [Yes]

Previously, I think we just provided an e-mail address and *all* types of
transfer notices were sent.  Neither of the two options listed above
include "receive email messages when the losing registrar rejects a
transfer".  Does this category fall in either of the two options?

Also, I think it would be better to break out the first option into
two choices :  (1) receive email when a domain admin contact accepts; (2)
receive email when a domain admin contact rejects.
