This is not really a difficult spot.
The intention there is that you see that your clients email address is not
working, and you contact them to notify them...and make the change, and
re-initiate the transfer order.
If we ever had to deal with any fallout from an overzealous Reseller
approving a transfer that ought not to have been approved, our Compliance
department would have to deal with the situation...
