If there was a calendar or a status page on the website that carried
scheduled outages for different registries it would be great.

That way, when an RSP discovers something "out" at opensrs they can
check the status page or calendar to see if its a schedualed outage
first (or if opensrs is aware of the issue already) before posting,
paging, calling, etc
