Subject: Formal complaint against NSI I have been trying to get a name server setup with
NSI so I can conduct business as I am a hosting company. I have this name server
setup with OPENSRS but NSI keeps sending a guardian information letter saying
that the domain guardian has to approve the name server I am the admin, billing,
tech contact for this domain and I am also the owner numberous emails to NSI
gets me no where but wasted time typing. I will forward you the information I am
getting from NSI. At this time I wish to file a formal complaint against Network
Solutions, Inc ( NSI ) This is cause me finiancial damages becasue I can not
transfer clients to my server becuase of NSI lack of proper methods and their
sending of bogus information emails. I wish for this to be investiagted by the
powers that be at ICANN and a review of NSI compliance with Policy regarding
speedy resolving of name servers. I also request that such finding also be
emailed to myself at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
my legal counselor at [EMAIL PROTECTED] for legal action
against NSI.
