Would anyone be offended if I wrote a perl-filter that looked for 
"NSI" and the regular expression

        /how (much time|long).*NSI.*expire/

and auto-replied with "read the damn archives, we just finished 
talking about that?" (because I think that'll always be true *laugh*)
