Hi,
I domain was set to expire on the 28th June 2001, and has now been
deactivated because it had not been renewed. However, a request was made to
transfer the domain from one RSP to another. This was completed today, 29th
June 2001. We incured a $10 charge, for which I believed increased the
registration period of a domain for an extra year. Obviously for some reason
this has not happened?
Can anybody explain what the problem might be, or has anybody experienced
this problem before?
