Thanks to everyone > that took the time out to describe the problems you were having with > Register.com in detail. Any idea when RCOM plans to implement this new procedure? I have a few recent domains in which the email from register.com states that "If you do not authorize the transfer by July 01, 2001 5:00 PM EST, the transfer will not be completed.". Of course these have now failed, even though the customer was warned of the email...they simply didn't read past all the promotional crap and missed the authorization information at the bottom of the email.
