for help of my peers, and they helped me tremendously... took their time to look at
the site and saw something I did not, got it fixed....

We try to make a difference - in our case we have limited resources - e.g.
yours trully doing her best - even as stupid and foolish as it may be, the bottom line
is we try honestly! Sometimes I can help and sometimes I need help.

Any grass-roots effort that addresses consumer concern is worthwhile - it makes
internet a better place. We saw a huge concern regarding NSI not expiring domains in
timely fashion, initiated a simple petition form to address this issue in November
2000 - and guess what - we saw NSI expire huge batch of domains at the end of June -
those domains had expiry dates spanning from January through December 2000 ! I do not
know if our efforts made any difference but perhaps they did!
