 Domain servers in listed order:
    NS01.ONLINE.COM.AU
    NS02.ONLINE.COM.AU

Those are the listed nameservers for the domain.

Both have IPs.

Both resolve this domain.

One problem appears to be that the IN NS records listed in the zone
file for this domain are CNAMES.

The zone file lists:
banoncom.com. 1D IN NS compendium.online.com.au.
banoncom.com. 1D IN NS gaul.online.com.au.

Both Gaul and Compendium are CNAMES to ns01 and ns02.

CNAMEs should not be referenced by any other record in the zone file,
and should never be used as MX records or NS records in the same or in
other zone files.

The people who run online.com.au need to get their dns records fixed.
