Well, I've got it up.  You only have access to manage so don't try
anything funky ;)

This is available to whomever, I'll watch usage and if anyone abuses it
disappears.  Please only do 50 or so changes at a time, and try to limit
yourself to the older gTLDs (instead of ccTLDs).
