Well, it is interesting that they give transfers to NetSol 30 days to
confirm, but transfers from NetSol must be confirmed in 3 days.

Nothing special there. They give the administrative contact 30 days to
respond to the e-mail they send comfirming that you want to transfer a
domain *to* netsol. Once they get confirmation, they will in turn
submit
the request to the registry.
I can only see one negative point (and the negative point only effects
netsol in gaining a customer, so its not negative for you or me)--if the
administrative e-mail address is incorrect, the domain registrant will
have to wait 30 days before they can try again.
Remember this is for transfers TO netsol, not away, and it has nothing
to
do with the registry timelines.
