hi just faxing off the uk contract, it asks me for the "OpenSRS Reference Number" .. i went looking for this number on my first fax to opensrs, where there was an additional line to the effect of "only new rsp's". just letting you know. so hopefully, this carries over to the UK contract too :) thanks
