I'm working on this...they stopped working when the transfer enhancements
went in (it's a FEATURE!!!!)...
Development has the text for the emails.

its been pointed out to me today that we are no longer receving any
error 552 notices from Tucows, thats when somebody tries to registrar
transfer a domain that is less than 60 days old.
we used to get a few of these, suddenly, zero
is this just us or has something changed?
